Functional movement/sports medicine chiropractic

Only the right diagnosis can lead to the right treatment.

We use the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA)  to chart your progress based on your goals. We are not a traditional chiropractic practice; our treatment methods include Functional Range Conditioning and Active Release Technique. We find the cause of your pain, then develop a plan to eliminate it.

Body care - Massage - FST

Body care is not a luxury, it's a way of healthier, happier life.

Body work, massage, is designed to increase blood flow, break up adhesions and reduce rigidity in muscles, fascia, tendons, and ligaments. Studies show it to be an effective treatment for reducing stress, pain and muscle tension. If you're feeling banged up or stressed from life, give your body what it's asking for—a little TLC. Ask about FST, Fascial Stretch Therapy.

Sports Performance

Strong athletes are built, not made.

Performance on the field starts long before putting on a uniform. Using the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), Fundamental Capacity Screen (FCS), and evaluations developed by the Titleist Performance Institute, TPI, we get a picture of how your body moves and its deficiencies. Then we train you to be the strongest, most efficient athlete you can be.


Don't rehab the injury, rehab the person.

We use the "three R's" concept in rehabilitation and exercise: Reset, Reinforce, Reload. Using the SFMA,  we will chart your progress, find the root of your concern and get you pain-free in the shortest time possible. We don't use a cookie-cutter approach; your treatment is customized to your needs and may include chiropractic, massage and strength components.

Every fitness plan needs a starting point and this is a statement we live by. The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) provides a baseline to develop a plan to achieve your fitness goals. Whether it be Team Training, Semi-Private or Private Coaching, our fitness sessions will get you to your fitness goals quicker and without injury.
