We make sure you get on the correct path by listening, assessing, and reacting. This is not your traditional “crack and pop” approach to treatment. The initial consultation is a full hour to ensure we cover everything and prescribe the best approach for you. Expect a comprehensive evaluation along with treatments that may include chiropractic adjustments, soft-tissue therapy, corrective exercise, Active Release Techniques and fascial taping.
We use the "three R's" concept in rehabilitation and exercise: Reset, Reinforce, Reload. Using the SFMA, we will chart your progress, find the root of your concern and get you pain-free in the shortest time possible. We don't use a cookie-cutter approach; your treatment is customized to your needs and may include chiropractic, massage and strength components.
Large group training
Large group Functional Fitness classes are the foundation of our workout programs.
In this class, you will learn the basics of movements in a circuit-based format to get a great workout and learn proper movement. These classes will consist of 10-15 people—an energetic community that will help you accomplish your fitness goals.
Small Group Training
Our small group Functional Fitness classes offer an intimate, high-level training experience.
Groups of up to 4 people allow for more focused coaching, enabling you to learn more technically advanced movements and exercises. You will learn basic and advanced techniques in kettlebell, barbell, and body-weight movements.
ORTHOPEDIC MASSAGE AND MOVEMENT THERAPY
This goal-oriented soft-tissue session intends to target the specific causes of chronic pain, movement dysfunction, immobility, and injury. Each Movement Therapy includes a full movement assessment, soft-tissue treatments, and movement re-education to get the body back to a better functioning state.
This type of massage therapy is intended to help speed up recovery and benefit any current rehabilitation program that may already be in place. Our goal is to identify the true cause of any issues going on and fast track your movement needs.
TRADITIONAL THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
Massage therapy is meant to give the body and mind what they need: RELAXATION.
This full-body massage promotes proper blood flow, lymph drainage, and recovery from stress. Every athlete needs to give their body a recovery routine, and this is the best means. These sessions include a variety of modalities, including Swedish massage, deep tissue, and light stretching.

This program is for athletes of all abilities. Whether you are leaving the couch for your first 5k or training for the Ironman, this is the ultimate package for you. Not every athlete is driven toward a finish line; some train only for the love of the process and the sake of serious fitness.
New athletes are assessed for overall fitness and abilities, a process that incorporates heart-rate monitors, gait analysis, a Functional Movement Screen and individualized corrective exercises. Then each athlete receives a customized weekly plan based upon their level of fitness, goals, and progress. Communication is an integral part of the process. Throughout the week, coaches monitor the level of success achieved as far as individual workouts, health and morale, and they discuss the progress with each athlete.
