Working out on the road....

Vacation is no excuse to skip your workout.

When you are not crushing it here at Elevate because you are traveling, on vacation, working, or heaven forbid at another gym, do you feel confident constructing a great workout? Your workouts on the road don't have to consist of just going for a jog, using the only machine at the hotel gym, or walking on an elliptical. Most of the time we hear clients say they either didn't workout, or just did a quick cardio session because they didn't know where to start or equipment was very limited. There are areas that we want you to consider that will give you a more complete workout even in those situations. It’s hard to be motivated to get a good workout session in if you just show up and piece things together.

Join us June 9th for a workshop dedicated to teaching the how-tos of what goes into great workout programs. In this workshop we will cover: 

  • The basics on build your own workouts
  • Minimal to no equipment functional workouts
  • Goal identification - Goal expectation management
  • Time budgeting - What the best bang for your buck?
  • Intensity and volume - How much weight and how many reps do I do?
  • What are the main movement to cover - Fundamentals of movements versus exercises 

 All of these areas can be broken down into digestible portions so you don't feel overwhelmed when you have to get an effective workout in on the road. We want you to leave this workshop prepared for all your travels with confidence that you can maintain all the hard work you put in with us. Nobody likes losing the momentum they have made and having to start a few steps behind when they get back. After this workshop, there will be no need to go through that process.
The charge for the workshop will be $10.00 for Members and $20.00 for NonMembers.
