Breakfast on the go just got easier!!!!

Elevate’s Chiropractor Dr Kyle Buth and his fiancée Dr. Kelsie Moore have created an amazing, easy breakfast option for making healthy, protein-packed toaster style pancakes. 
(Only 3 ingredients!!)
Each pan makes 4 servings. 
CHECK IT OUT!

Cinnamon egg white toast pancakes

16 eggs (8 whole eggs, & 8 egg whites)
3 tablespoons cinnamon
2 cups oats

Place all 3 ingredients in a blender. Blend well. 
Prepare a 1” deep cookie sheet, by either lining it with parchment paper or greasing it, or just use a non-stick pan. 
Pour the 3 blended ingredients into the prepared cookie sheet. 
Bake at 350 degrees for 6-7 minutes. 
Check to see if the pancake is cooked solid. While still warm, cut into equal sizes. (We get 8 pieces per pan.) 
Place the toast pancakes in a ziplock bag and freeze. When you’re ready to eat, just pop them in the toaster! 
You can add peanut butter and real maple syrup, or peanut butter and a jam for extra flavor. Adding some walnuts for crunch is good too, plus you’re adding a healthy dose of essential fatty acid....brain food!! (Just watch the extra calories!!) 
This is truly a tasty, quick, on the go breakfast that packs a nutritional punch!
